1. Advertising: Do not advertise your application, asking staff to look at it will not make the response any faster. 2. No Bumping: Constant unnecessary responses to your application such as repeatedly thanking everyone. 3. Final decision: The staff response is final and no manner of arguing will change that, if your application is denied try again in 5 days, unless stated otherwise. 4. Plagiarism: We want your application, not someone else's. Any copied applications will be denied and the applicant will be punished. 5. Account sharing: Being a staff member is a big responsibility, if we hire you we expect no other players to be on your account. 6. Alts: Applying again using an alternate account will not get you another staff spot, nor will it get your previously denied application accepted. Alt accounts are not allowed. 7. Useless information: Do not put information in your application that does not contribute and disrespects others. Wanting to “help people” is called empathy, a common human emotion. 8. Color: There is no need to tell someone to add color to their application, While it does make the application visually striking, poor color choices can make the application that much worse. Bold text can format a post just as well as color can. 3. Discussion: Staff application threads are for just that, applications, and arguments and discussions should be in the general discussion section. 4. Down votes: Spamming a thread with down votes does not affect its outcome, it is also not allowed on the PandoraRP forums. 5. Final say: If the Management Team have put an end to something, respect their decision and let it go.
